We do not use tracking cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics only.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver your report: Your invention details are used solely to conduct your prior art search and prepare your report.
  • Communicate with you: Order confirmations, report delivery, and support responses.
  • Improve our service: Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve our search quality. Your specific invention details are never used for this purpose.

  • Invention details are accessible only to the team members fulfilling your report

  • Contact information: Retained as long as needed for support and legal compliance.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your data (email us and we'll remove it within 30 days)
  • Export your data in a portable format
